 I live in Ravenel, SC just 10 miles from beautiful Charleston, SC.  I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from The College of Charleston in 1997.  I have 15 years of experience in Information Technology. 

My primary experience is in computer operations, i.e. networking, troubleshooting, help desk, application support, and administration.  I have over 10 years experience in Customer Service.
